Appointment requests

Online booking buttons open each doctor’s hospital-verified booking page on gobrizai.com, which has its own privacy terms. The appointment and estimate forms open WhatsApp with the patient name, contact number, requested speciality, preferred day and insurer if given. Do not enter diagnoses, reports or other sensitive medical details. WhatsApp applies its own terms and privacy practices.

Contact choices

Telephone and email links open the corresponding service on your device. Information you send through those services is handled by the relevant provider and the hospital’s internal processes.

Analytics and cookies

When enabled, the site uses Google Analytics only after you accept the consent prompt. It records page views and which buttons are used (call, WhatsApp, booking, directions) with the page and doctor name, so the hospital can see which pages help patients. IP addresses are anonymised and no names, phone numbers or medical details are sent. You can decline, and the choice is stored only in your browser.

Data requests

The hospital must designate and publish its privacy/grievance contact before launch. Until then, general website questions can be sent to lotusmultispecialityc@gmail.com.
